Ohio State adds West Virginia transfer Sean McNeil

On Sunday, West Virginia transfer G Sean McNeil announced that he will be transferring to Ohio State.

McNeil, a 6-foot-3 guard out of Union, Kentucky averaged 12.2 points, 2.5 rebounds, and 1.4 assists last season for the Mountaineers. McNeil shot 41.4% from the field while shooting 86.7% from the free throw line.


McNeil gives the Buckeyes another scoring option with the losses of Malaki Branham (Testing NBA Draft Waters) and E.J. Liddell to the NBA Draft and the losses of Justin Ahrens and Meechie Johnson Jr. to the transfer portal.
