Memphis adds SMU transfer Kendric Davis

SMU transfer Kendric Davis announced that he will be transferring to Memphis.

The 5-foot-11 guard decided to play for Penny Hardaway and Memphis over schools like Kansas, Texas Tech, Houston, and TCU.

Davis averaged 19.4 points, 3.8 rebounds, 4.4 steals, and 1.5 steals for the Mustangs.

The Tigers have many losses like Emoni Bates, Tyler Harris, and Landers Nolley II to the transfer portal. They also lost Jalen Duren to the NBA Draft. Davis will certainly help with those losses. Memphis should be a tournament team once again.
