The second 8pm conference championship game is between the Duke Blue Devils and the Virginia Cavaliers in the ACC Championship.
Duke had a very strong start to this one. A 15-play, 75-yard drive ending with a 12-yard passing touchdown by Darian Mensah to Jeremiah Hasley. Virginia responds with a good drive but misses the field goal.

Mensah throws an interception, and Virginia converts the turnover into 7 points. Chandler Morris to J’Mari Taylor for an 11-yard passing touchdown. Duke responds to that touchdown with one of their own. A 16-yard rushing touchdown by Nate Sheppard puts the Blue Devils' lead at 14-7. And that would be the halftime score.
Two field goals from both teams move the score to 17-10 to end the third quarter. Virginia has a rough start to the fourth quarter as they turn it over on downs and Morris throws an interception. Then they trade field goals to make it 20-13. Then Virginia gets a clutch 18-yard passing touchdown from Chandler Morris to Eli Wood with 22 seconds remaining.
We have overtime in the ACC Championship. Darian Mensah to Jeremiah Hasley on 4th & goal to give the Blue Devils a 27-20 lead in overtime. The Blue Devils pick off Chandler Morris on the first play of the UVA drive. Duke has won their first ACC Championship since 1989.
